Unique Holiday Home Within Walking Distance of the Beach

A 10-minute walk from the Zeeland beach and the sea, you can enjoy a wonderful stay in the cozy holiday home at Oosterscheldelaan 31 at the Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard in Kamperland via lazydays.nl.

The Banjaard beach has been voted the 'cleanest beach in the Netherlands' several times. Due to the perfect location of the park between the North Sea and the Veerse Meer, the nice authentic Zeeland towns such as Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee and Goes are less than 20 minutes by car. But a bike ride to Domburg over the beautiful bike path through the dunes is also possible, don't forget to bring your camera. The Banjaard also has many water sports facilities including top beaches for windsurfers and kiters. In Domburg there is a golf course in the dunes. There are many opportunities for the little ones to do fun things at the park. For the quick purchase of groceries and stuff there is a shop at the Banjaard. In the town of Kamperland there are many shops and restaurants.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. With some improvisation, there is another sleeping place downstairs in the living room by means of the sofa bed. This allows you to sleep here with 5 people. The dog is allowed and there is parking space for 2 cars in front of the house. The house offers you all the comforts of a normal house. In the hall are the toilet, the stairs to the upper floor, storage space and the coat rack. The kitchen is modern with a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, large fridge with 3 freezer drawers, plates, cutlery, etc. In the utility room you will find the vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and the washing machine and dryer. In the room there is a flat screen TV, dining area and sitting area with patio doors to the terrace for a delicious breakfast in the morning sun. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, a new bathroom and a sauna. In 1 of the bedrooms there is an ironing board with an iron. In the garden you will find a mobile BBQ and a lovely sitting area. Bicycles can be rented from the bicycle rental on the park.

Oosterscheldelaan 31 is a lovely semi-detached holiday home with a sheltered spacious garden with lots of privacy and a personal interior. The 2 double beds have 2 single duvets and pillows.

Please bring your own sheets and fitted sheets for the duvets, towels, beach towels, etc. These are not made available by us.
